About Diana
Diana Donohue is a seasoned finance executive with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Federated Wireless, where she drives strategic goals, identifies key success factors in the business model, and helps to align the business to those key factors. Diana oversees finance, human resources, and information technology for the business.
Previously, Diana served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration at Daon, an international software company. Prior experience also included positions at MAXIMUS, 2nd Century Communications, BDM International, TRW, and Coopers & Lybrand. Her expertise includes broad-based financial management, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and international operations.
Diana is known for her strategic and operational leadership, extensive data-driven analysis, and commitment to high integrity and discretion.
Diana holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from The College of William and Mary and has completed strategic leadership programs at Stanford University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is proficient in English and French.
