About Loren
Loren Buck brings over 20 years of finance, operations, and strategic leadership experience to Federated Wireless. Loren has held C-level positions with both venture-backed and publicly-traded companies and advised companies globally as an investment banker. In these roles, he has partnered with internal and external stakeholders to direct capital raising, M&A, acquisition integration, operational enhancement, corporate strategy, and IPO readiness efforts for fast-growing organizations.
Prior to joining Federated Wireless, Loren served as CFO at Nisos, a digital risk protection services company, as Executive Vice President at NES Financial, where he oversaw the strategic finance efforts that ultimately led to the company’s sale to JTC Plc, and as COO at RMG Networks, where he oversaw the company’s strategic finance and operations functions and led the company’s IPO process.
Prior to RMG, Loren held positions with increasing responsibility for an NYSE-listed company and was an investment banker.
Loren holds a B.S. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
